Tron: Ares Trailer & Poster



PREMISE: Tron: Ares follows a highly sophisticated program, Ares, who is sent from the digital world into the real world on a dangerous mission, marking humankind’s first encounter with A.I. beings.



And with "TRON: ARES", Disney's "TRON" franchise has become a "trilogy" (since the first film released in 1982, followed by 2010's "TRON: LEGACY", for which this is a direct sequel to). "Worlds will collide" in theaters 10.10.25.



Directed by Joachim Rønning from a screenplay by Jesse Wigutow and Jack Thorne, this feature stars Jared Leto, Greta Lee, and Evan Peters (see credits via IMDb), with soundtrack by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross for Nine Inch Nails (Daft Punk for previous OST).
