Introducing the "MICROTRON(マイクロトロン)" from Studio ookii!

Sized (approx) 25.5 x 22 x 10, this sofubi creation features 13 parts, and personally to me has manifested from my muddled memories of all kinds of glorious Japanese C-movies into a single mutated microwave creature of splendid gruesomeness and awe!

With my exceedingly limited knowledge of said genre projects, Shin sass's Body Hammer popped immediately into mind, if not in aesthetics, but spirit, IMHO! The decapitated head served on a plate, the soft-core woman bursting forth from the microwave, is nightmare fuel for the uninitiated! One can argue the "lack of aesthetics" beautifying the figure, but I give major marks for the sheer existence of a production multiple!

Alas as of this blogpost, preorders has since stopped. I was unable to extract further product details and pricing, except for these images reproduced here (which remain on instagram.com/studio_ookii), cheers. Also posted here is their "message" with regards to "Ai" ... Item ships "Late April to early May 2026".
