Good Guys Never Win Toys in SG
Set against the skyscraper backdrop, the crew from Good Guys Never Win Toys descended upon Singapore for a one-day-only meet-n-greet at Pop Culture Punch Collectibles yesterday Saturday, offering up indie-made collectibles and friendship! Cheers for the hospitality and friendship, guys!
Here are some snaps to share of people-n-product(ish) pics and videos, as well sharing some of my hauls!

One of my prized haul was the very first GABAN figure, released as an exclusive to the recent Jakarta Toys & Comics Fair, for which the crew was kind enough to lug my score to Singapore! The origins of the figure homage is as interesting at it might be relevant now with the "rise" of Infinity Gavan and "return" of Metal Heroes to the public consciousness again...! Check out a video clip of the movie here, cheers.
"The Triumvirate" are a trio of Australian designed soft vinyl toys created by the masterminds behind the infamous @thisisnotatoystore. Born of a successful Kickstarter, it was pretty nifty to see them in-person, and I HAD to grab the transparent (been captivated by clear vinyl in recent times lol) and a color combo that grabbed at my attention...!

But what "moved" me the most were the publications by Cipta Croft-Cusworth and of the stories he shared about them, alongside “Liturgy = a book of prose and magical illustrations from the late Sheryl Ariesa Jonathan...
Mind you, most of the publications are not available online, and can be had when instagram.com/ggnwtoys when they physically booth at events.
Thank you for your generosity and for sharing, Cipta! Much Love!
