Hot Toys has just announced their collaboration with How2Work to adapt Peter Chan's period-movie; The WARLORDS into 1/6th-figures! featuring the main cast of Andy Lau, Jet Li and Takeshi Kaneshiro = i'll be darned excited if they come in their full warrior regalia tho! ... and judging from recent releases by Hot Toys, this'll be jampacked with details (images to be revealed by the end of November) and im looking forward to more period-Chinese warrior-themed figures actually (never can get enough of them) ~ *heh*

The Warlords (previously known as "The Blood Brothers" (投名状), is a 2007 Chinese / Hong Kong martial arts / drama film directed by Peter Chan and starring Andy Lau, Jet Li and Takeshi Kaneshiro. The film is currently in post-production stage and is expected to be released on 13 December 2007 simultaneously in most of Asia, except Japan where it will screen later. The film is set in the 1860s, during the Taiping Rebellion in the late Qing Dynasty in China. [wiki]
