Missing Qee:
i'm working for a Dutch designer toys wholesale/distributor called Highland toys. About 1 year ago we were asked by Dutch television network VARA if we could provide them with a variety of designer toys for the new television drama series 'Deadline'. They would be prominently displayed throughout the series, which we thought was a great opportunity to promote designer toys.
We felt we needed one special eye catching toy, so we commissioned Dutch artist Marije van Lierop to customize a 16 inch Toyer Qee for us.
The "Deadline" series was broadcasted in the Netherlands starting Saturday January 16, 2008 (Nederland 3 - 9.25PM local time). The Toy2R toys are situated around the computer of the main character in the series.
Unfortunately after finishing shooting the series the customized 16 inch Qee could not be found anywhere, even after extensive searching in the studios the Qee did not turn up. Since we really want our beautiful Qee back, we decided to send you this mail, hoping you will tell the world about this unfortunate story on your excellent website.
