Atom Plastic recently launched their SEÑOR BLANCO platform toy [blogged] on September 5th with a custom show dubbed: HELLO MY NAME IS SEÑOR BLANCO - featuring custom-work from more than 50 artists, illustrators, and graphic designers on the first Italian canvas toy. Currently on display til October 5th 2008 @ the Bassano del Grappa Civic Museum, Italy - the exhibition is curated by Pierantonio Degasperi and Atom Plastic, in collaboration with Infart.

HELLO MY NAME IS SEÑOR BLANCO
From 5th September to 5th October 2008 Bassano del Grappa Civic Museum houses the first Italian canvas toy launch event HELLO MY NAME IS SEÑOR BLANCO.
Art toys are created by artists and designers. They represent the expression of an international movement which has its origins in Japanese design, lowbrow art and street culture.
Produced by Atom Plastic and designed by Julian Pastorino, Señor Blanco is a white DIY toy on which the artist can express himself like the painter on canvas.
More than 50 artists, illustrators, and graphic designers customized Señor Blanco for the biggest custom toy show ever made in Italy. A melting pot in which creativity and styles will get mixed together to welcome the first toy by Atom Plastic.
The exhibition HELLO MY NAME IS SEÑOR BLANCO is curated by Pierantonio Degasperi and Atom Plastic, in collaboration with Infart.
