UK-based customizer Cris Rose is poised to transcend to the next level of toydom
with the impending release of his original toy creation dubbed: RUNCIBLE!
Shown here are prototype pics of the 5-tentacled 7-inch tall figure. The heads are clear resin, and will have different things cast in them (sounds yummy!). These are going to be small runs of 5 or 10 each, the first being a run of 5, the second is likely to be a Store Exclusive in the UK. Also be on the lookout for his wee pal called ROTUND as well ... meanwhile as we await further developments, CLICK THRU for more pics, or check out Cris' flickr for his custom-work :)

RUNCIBLE'S ORIGINS CONTIUNES...
"Even though later generations of robots quickly replaced him, he was kept running by his creator's family for 210 years, until mankind wiped himself out...
After 140 years resting in the roots of a giant tree, he found himself rebooting into a world without humans, and now he serves the plants and animals that have reclaimed the Earth.
Runcible is a robot that wants to be one of the animals, so being the industrious creature he is, he makes himself new bodies and attachments that lets him blend in with his animal friends...."
