Resin-Preview: First Look at Sprogs (Blank) from Cris Rose

We just had a glimpse of Cris Rose's new self-produced resin minibot dubbed SPROGS ~ now here is a uber-cool peek at the blanks for the first 3 Sprogs! Each SPROG (gotta lurve the name) standing around 2-inches tall, and will eventually come fully-painted by Cris and be made available as $30-blind boxed, or as sets. These are still early days, and Cris is currently working on the next 3 x Sprog designs.

Compared to his earlier bot-releases, this looks to be the most accessible design ~ to the art toy realms ~ and arguably the most adorable! (and also first resin bot not to be named starting with the letter "R" ;p Cris has informed me that my assumption was wrong, and that each of the Sprogs have names, and they will begin with the letter "R"! lol) ... Cris shares exclusively with TOYSREVIL: "Sprogs are going to be less of a "this is Series 1, 2 etc" and more a case of me adding to the line up 3 bots at a time. Some releases will just have one of each chassis type, some will have just one of each figure, some will be a selection as a set. I'm mainly looking to offer more variety and more fun, rather than lots of time and money invested in larger bots that take a very long time to paint and therefore have to sell for a lot too to very few people."
