I might be wrong here, but this looks to be the first time I am seeing a 3A-Toy character being adapted in Cosplay! Check out more pics of the SLICER TK BAKA at the link provided, cosplayed by 3A-forumer "UrbanKite" and exceptionally well done, and hauntingly gorgeous, IMHO! Well done!
