The name is “The Scottish Witness”.
What is it's story?
It is a promotional poster for a novel. In the image you can find Inspector Cumulus in front of a massive guy with handcuffs. He is the primary witness in a murder case where mafia is involved, and a mafia assassin has been sent to kill him, but Inspector Cumulus will not allow this, you can see that in his fierce eyes!
