Elseworlds (booth E22) - Seen @ STGCC 2011
One of the MUST visits at Singapore Toy, Games & Comic Convention 2011 [www / TAGGED] - if you are a fan of comicbooka, comicbook illustrations and chibi - is the Elseworlds' booth - where in addition to a wide selection of comicbooks, are the combined thrill of four illustrators on hand! Shown above are illustrators Carlo Pagulayan and Stephen Segovia - both with their MUST HAVE suggestions: Elektra and Hulk prints by their respective artists!
Shown above is Mico Suayan, who is releasing his sketchbook exclusively for STGCC [blogged] of which two covers are made available - the fully colored one (ala his banner) and a BLANK cover, whereby he will sketch an image on it per your request! Check out more images of both his work and interior pages on my Facebook album. As I had my copy being sketched on 5 minutes past closing time (*silent-giggle*). I had a Catwoman-quickie done (more images later). *Awesome*
The words "adorable", "cute" are just simple basic descriptions for the art of local artist Wendy Chew (who rounds off the power quartet at booth E22 [previously blogged HERE] who is making available her "Art of Wendy Chew 2" artbook (must look - must buy - more snaps HERE) an as well original sketches and buttons. I had my copy signed and doodled on by Wendy = Awesome times!
