Hot Toys Singapore Grand Store Opens April 16, 2024
Hot Toys is set to celebrate its grand store opening in Singapore, powered by ActionCity, on 26 April, Friday, carving it as a landmark occasion for its first store in Southeast Asia.
Highlights of the Event:

I started collecting "Hot Toys" before their "licensed"-era, back when their 1/6-releases featured likenesses of "George Lucas", "Keanu Reeves" and "Tom Cruise" but not named as such (Yes I owned all of them), and even a smattering of Military and PMC releases (always "loose" but never complete sets). But once their releases went legit and "licensed", and shelf prices shot beyond my reach, all that I have been able to do is post about them on TOYSREVIL, amidst grabbing affordable releases such as ANTMAN COSBABYs and DEADPOOL COSBABY.
The early days were good for the blog too, when non-toys dedicated-film websites would report on film-adapted releases, before they themselves went to "the source", just as I drifted further and further way from my beloved "1/6th", even as I visited toy-shops lesser and lesser thru the years.
I've never had any love from Hot Toys in any way shape for form thru the years too, except for this one email from them years back; a cease and desist warning to remove a blog-feature (where the likeness of the actor involved had not granted approval).... And well, a invite to the Media Preview for the opening of Hot Toys Singapore, cheers :)
