And what an exciting weekend of TOYS it has been, with images appearing on my social timelines of upcoming toys and action figures seen+spotted at the New York Toy Fair in NYC! I honestly told myself not to get too caught up in the whirlwind, but alas I had been moderately unsuccessful, with a whiff of toynews entering the blog and on the post week's Top Ten too!

(#8) Masters Of The Universe X Thundercats action figures from Mattel were revealed at the weekend's New York Toy Fair (a trade fair, not a public event) and the excitement is palpable! TWO classic cartoon toys clash and mash to form a "new line-up"? What a fantastic way to milk the license(s) and I am all for it! Further info to be updated for when they are updated, cheers!







(#7) Incoming animation series "LAZARUS" boasts direction by Shinichirō Watanabe ("Cowboy Bebop", "Samurai Champloo", and "Space Dandy."), with action sequences directed by Chad Stahelski ("John Wick" fame) all produced by MAPPA!

Set to premiere in Japan on TV Tokyo and the United States on Adult Swim's Toonami programming block in April 2025. Seek fresh new full trailer in blogpost-linked above, cheers.
