triad toy's 1/6 enforcer and nightstalker
with only a few 1/6 manufacturers focusing on Movie-adapted action figures, most notably Hot Toys, SideShowToys and Medicom Japan, very few, if any can match the sheer style and design sense of a smaller independent 1/6 company; Triad Toys, IMHO - to wit, 2 of their newest products, the Enforcer and Nightstalker:
while the movie Equilibrium (wiki) did not resonate with me as much, Christian Bale's role as John Preston, did. and Triad is able to capture the simple stylish form of the Cleric with a penchant for Gunkata, as The Enforcer ... i wonder if an all-white suit is up next? *heh*
altho i've featured the movie before [blogged] i've yet to even find it here locally, much less watch the movie (and if any indication of online reviews, mayhap it was a good thing i didn't) - and here Triad has done a blardy sweet adaptation of the Bloodrayne character into Nightstalker, complete with Gauntlet metal swords!
