phu!'s sole obssessions
for the Sole Obssession exhibition [click to view flyer] happening tomorrow September 1st @ Know It Nothing (51 Haji Lane, Singapore) local customizer-maestro Phu! presents two creations; an art installation piece and a customized pair of New Balance sneaks:
"To defy or to abstain? You decide." = the OOAK Rebel/Resist is a collabo btwn Phu! and Plastikxp - 100% handpainted and handscreened, the NB is a size US9.5 and would be kickass in any collection, IMHO - peep the halftone-print in-soles, yo!
whereas his SO Installation is a glorious 65cm X 11cm X 6cm artwork of recycled
and found objects, treated in his trademark distressed metal-finish = *sweet*
