near everyone's featuring either KAWS' Spongebob (from his blog) or the OriginalFake fill-in-with-colors CHUMS-illo on their webs now ... but does anyone know in what form would either one of them be made manifest in? ... a new toy? a new tee-shirt design? are we but cyber-sheep; regurgitating the unknown?

Well, I actually like a lot of KAWS' work. This, though, in my not-so-humble opinion, is utter wackness. It's not exactly as if Sponge Bob is a product of brilliant design in the first place, so the 'skullification', if you will, gets completely lost on this one. I'm givin' it a thumbs down. I don't even wanna see another drawing of it, let alone see innocent plastic sacrificed to make something tangible of it.
