long have i read about/of The Analog Girl in local-music-lore, but have not ventured beyond the hype, until today and i am smacked x smitten; thy dull sensors now awoken and raw, glaring at the glorious emptiness that echos in my fetid mind's eye swirling amidst the electro soundscape gorgesity of viscreal analog-bleeps ... and i am utterly disgusted with myself for not being able to full communicate my reactions to hearing Analog Girl than these mere mockery of words ignorantly strung together ... you decide for yourself:

listed as one of "5 Asian Acts To Watch in 2008" on TIME.com [above image via] - The Analog Girl is Mei Wong, her MacBook Pro, "a digital sound box, a set of toy xylophones and her voice" (along with my subconscious dreams, i suspect :p) and she has a new seven-song EP out now; "Sometime Next Galaxy" available @ her online shop for USD$13, which essentially is a right-blardy steal if you ask me (but no, you did not). just go get it. and here are but a few reasons why:
