KAWSONE.com will be updated tomorrow (25th July - by thy email inbox-date :p) @ 12pm EST with new products by OriginalFake - including The KAWS JPP (produced by Medicom Toy) in both Regular YELLOW and BLACK color variants. (No indication of size, quantity nor price as yet)

If my previous "online research" (circa 2006) was not wrong - JPP was a character inspired /derived from that of the Tokyo Police mascot, PiPo (named after the sound of the police siren) - while most folks online have named it "Sobukun" and unless anyone else can tell me otherwise, I'm sticking with PiPo LOL
