Coarse Toys' NOOP SHOW BERLIN exhibition [blogged] opened December 10th @ 4010, Berlin and High Snobiety has oodles of preview snaps of the displays as well, including a few new ones as yet unseen @ Rotofugi's [tagged] - specifically new resin figures shown utop (both Lion-Dance-head & Bear-ball-head be looking totally awesome, IMHO), and a (Light) Grey PAWS! figure with red-fingertips (okay fine; Paw-tips :p) - which judging from the foam-cut letters, would more likely be a production piece? I don't know about you folks, but I'm pretty much bowled over by Mark Landwehr's NOOP-work thus far (and hopefully one day I'd be able to afford me sum NOOP-lurve LOL). Currently there is no product details (except name-titles) nor quantity/prices for these figures, but am sure in time they will be unleashed. The exhibition is currently open Monday to Saturdays (from 11am til 8pm) thru to January 12th, 2009.
Man these figures are so awesome. The Celsius Figures from Rotobox are my number one collect now. Met them at SDCC 2009 and have been stalking them since. Well I hope Spencer doesn’t think that but I have signed up on all the sites that he posts on just to make sure I stay on top of he and his brothers work. Now the Paw, is just AWESOME. I passed on the SDCC Spectrum just because I could talk myself into buying them all. But man when I got home and noticed the BLANK PACE they would look perfect in I was kicking myself for passing on them. I will get them sometime. I did pick up the Jaws Pain last week. I am looking for the “False Friends” of Noop and Paw in Hong Kong.
