About That Passwords Field in Skynet Research's Products Page
Thanks to TRE-readers "webburn" and "Kev" [PEEP] - we've managed to find a hidden portion of the Skynet Research (aka the Terminator: Salvation online-viral website) under the PRODUCTS-heading:

Hovering your cursor over the letter "P" in "Products" opens
up a field where you can input your password / pass-code.

The wrong input will result in being shown "ACCESS DENIED".

What is the password/code? No clue babes! LOL - And what does it open? What will you gain access to? Perhaps schematics or blue-prints for the first Terminator killer-bot? That's the gist of what Skynet Research is all about, innit? Creation of robots ... and some schlub from R&D's gonna design an A.I. that'll eventually lead to the near-destruction of mankind, and he'll have it in 3D-grid drawings first! Or maybe even one of the Robot-Design -submissions? = Pure speculation on my end, of coz - but I think that would be cool anyways :p
And now I'm slowly being sucked into the viral. daymn. (*Cue Bale-listic-Cursing*)

$("#pwform").submit(function() {
ReplyDelete$(".error").fadeIn(500).fadeTo(1000, 1).fadeOut(500);
return false;
});
If you look at the pages source code, you will find the previously shown java script segment.
I don't program in JS but to me that code says "When someone submits the password field, show the error message for 1000 milliseconds then make it fade away" followed by a return false. No where does it submit the password for validation. Usually forms submit input to other scripts to be checked, this would indicate the form is fake.
Probably adding to the VIRAL MARKETING "authenticity" of the website.
The password is skynetresearchinitiatephasetwoprojectjudgementday copy and paste this and you will see something interesting.
