UGLYDOLL Action Figures & Signing Schedules @ New York Comic Con 2009 (booth 1021)

The first series of Uglydoll action figures will be released February 6th at the New York Comic Con 2009. One sealed case holds a full set of 12 figures / characters with no repeats. UGLYDOLL ACTION FIGURES consists of 12 basic figures, including: Wage / Little Uglys Wage / Babo / Little Uglys Babo / Jeero / Little Uglys Jeero / Ice-Bat / Little Uglys Ice-Bat / Ox / Little Uglys Ox / Wedgehead / Little Uglys Wedgehead

**1 in 4 regular Wedgehead action figures have red teeth.
** 120 figures have been flown in for NYCC'09. The rest will see a release by March (so be patient if you missed any).


(Re-posted) FACTS & TRIVIA:
- Figures come with action waist twist (heh) and are based on the books.
- The first series was supposed to be revealed last Toy Fair.
- They are much more squishy than the Critterbox versions.
- They are 1/4th the size of the Critterbox versions.
- Price undetermined at the moment, but it would be under US$10 (TBC)

Trivia: The Umas were based on those actual shapes, and modeled off the same files.

FYI: DEHARAVATH 2 is happening at Giant Robot 2 with Dehara on February 7th (6:30pm-10pm) - so Saturday will be a nigh-busy day, yeh?
