Gorillaz Exclusive Stylo Car Update

Remember the Gorillaz "Toy Model Car" I blogged about a while back? That one which involved design work from Jamie Hewlett? Well, I haven't, and had found myself trawling the net for snaps of the exclusive vehicle in question the past few days ... then one of our dear readers answered my toy-wonder-lust with this image of the car-sculpt!

Based on the life-sized car in the STYLO music video, this toy was made available exclusively to folks in the Gorillaz Sub-Division (fan club / "G-Club") and this was a sneak peek posted on their members’ only site! Reader Jamie H.-adds: "According to the site, they ran into production problems and now they are back on track. Stylo should be shipping within 8 weeks."
