As much as I was a avid coffee-drinker in the good old days, I'd always enjoyed a cup of tea (with milk) at the very end of the day, a guilt-free beverage that chills everything else before it in the day, and brings all negativity to a calm. Especially with good company, the notion goes beyond sipping a cuppa, and into the realms of coffee-shop zen-ness, well, as much as the hustle and bustle of urbandom can afford folks, I reckon. And yes, it has to be drunk at a coffeeshop, and not some suped-up swish cafe-joint, thanks.
These days I no longer drink coffee (post-Stroke), but I do enjoy my cup of tea (with carnation milk this time, no sugar) every now and again, a comfort beverage it has become, that calms still my stirring soul.
