Gremlins & Nightmare Before Christmas @ Medicom Toy 15th Anniversary Archive
One unique aspect of Medicom Toy which I really do admire and love them for, is their ability to adapt licenses and characters to suit their toy-forms, and be aesthetically pleasing about it. Sometimes it does take to task folks' visual tolerance, but for the most part, they become nigh desirable - sometimes even moreso that their original incarnation, IMHO!
Characters from "Nightmare Before Christmas" (my all-time fav stop-mo flick from Burton) gets a new lease of life in a variety of forms (shown above / last scene at TTF 2011), and the popular cult classic "Gremlins" sees Mogwai and Stripe being made into vinyl figures and adorable Kubricks. "Viva le Medicom", as far as I'm concerned! LOL
