The artist known as TOVI resides in Australia (to which I had initially thought to be in the U.S.) and the first time I noticed her was through these sketches for MAX TOY 5th Anniversary Show (3 of 5 postcards art shown here), and subsequently more anime-themed drawings - of which the below-right is a peek at her new "Princess Gamera" submission for the upcoming Toy Karma 3 show at Rotofugi. Nice.
