STORY: In the deep recesses of New York's legendary Chinatown, a lone baby crab managed to escape the deadly boiling pot in Big Wang's Seafood restaurant. Making it's way outside, Krab quickly found a crack in a wall on Bowery Street by Chinatown Arcade tunnel, next to Yummy Noodle and New Malaysia restaurants, where it would learn to find scraps of food to survive.
As it grew smarter and larger in size, the crab would venture out at night, and watch as the NYC graffiti kings would get up on walls and it was mesmerized by the litany of colors and patterns. Hungry for more, it would eventually travel through all five boroughs in search of these amazing pieces of art that it had grown to love.
However, Krab was quickly becoming larger and larger due to the extreme fattiness and NYC MSG in the scraps of food it would find - it knew that a shell was needed and fast. With all the hungry Chinese peepo around, a crab of this size would surely provide too amazing of a feast. So one night, while scurrying within the shadows of the lower east side on Forsythe, it found the perfect home - a just emptied dumpster. Krab quickly jumped in and at last, he had an impenetrable home.
Legend has it now that there is a gigantic crab in NYC who loves graffiti and has the largest claw ever seen in a crustacean. He is smart and clever, and he is not to be trifled with. But if you can get up on the dumpster without being cut in half, you will truly be a king amongst kings as a graffiti writer. People have come close - but no one has yet been successful. If you think you have what it takes, if you think you have the skills, just listen for the screech of the dumpster as it drags along the ground at night, and you will know you're close. King Krab-One is out there and he's waiting to see what you got.
