Dragon Pandas by Podgy Panda for 'Year of the Dragon' @ Dragatomi

Drawing pandas on wood! Gonna try paint these up. "try" as I've never painted on wood :) 6"x6" WIP of painted little wooden panels for the @dragatomi dragon show in the states :) dragonsuits ftw!

Ima gonna put it out there: I immensely LIKE PodgyPanda's doodles! He possesses the skill to make anything chibi-adorable with a deft swish of his pencils, pushing the boundaries of "cartoony" and giving life on the penciled page, IMHO.

For the upcoming 'Year of the Dragon" show at Dragatomi, Richard Kouch has completed painting of a couple of Dragon Pandas (in dragon suits) on 6" x 6"wooden panels (first time he's trying on wood too) - and we start with the pencil based above, to the finished painting posted below. Glorious!
