CE Contest 2 Final Battle: Day One (Part 2) - The Battle Begins!
After my earlier post, the battle begun in earnest for the teams at Siam Center - with producing a rad selection of items for display and even "sale" - featuring blank DIY 3" tall CEs (only current time to actually purchase these blanks in the public before their subsequent sales launch later) blister-packed with imagery from the contestants for the C E CONTEST 2!
Limited to availability ONLY during this 3-day event, each team actively sold their blanks to folks egging to score themselves a DIY-toy, designed in Thailand, and made in Thailand! Pricing for the figurines might range between 250 baht to 300 baht - do note that pricing for the figurines are also part of the contest requirements, with proceeds of sales tallied at the end of the day, to help in the judgement of determining the winner/s!
As well, a bevy of happenings happened throughout the day, including a press conference introducing the CE Concept, the contest, and the contestants, as well a walk-about with a gorgeous host reporting "live" on the spot. Not to mention the appearance of a few celebs and well-known personalities in Thailand, on hand to support their fave designers.
