About Those Insert Art Cards In Blind Boxed Toys

Ooh La La

What has always fascinated me - that we don't see enough of - are the insert art cards that came along with blind-boxed toys, of which Kronk's current 3-tittied red-skinned beauty (shown above) resides within his Dunny 2012 release from Kidrobot! Wish folks would showcase more of them as much as they do the toys they came with tho! And also besides just text about who the artist was, and his/her website, maybe a little bit more of a story on the toy's character design as well? Makes it more "fulfilling" than just a pretty piece of card, ya know? But hey, that's just me, I guess :)

I liked how Qisheng has his BE@BRICK-cards all nicely collected in folders (and since I am a trading card fan, - cards neatly displayed in folders appeal to me greatly LOL). Also shown below are a collection of cards that came along with the Dudebox blindbox figurines I reviewed recently - all nicely designed to both showcase the vectorized artwork, and as well feature the artists on the back (although tis a pro vs con situation about standardized corporate identity vs individuality):

Question: Do any one you folks actually collect the insert cards?
Like keep it in a folder? Or do you throw them away?
