You Can't Spell Kung-Fu Without F & U: Poster for 'The Man with the Iron Fists'
And while the (literal) eye-popping still did not exactly had my attention (well, it did, for all of a "POP"-sound), the above poster did. And it looks AWE.SOME! And while I do not expect loads of action figures to be merchandized from this, I reckon there might well be plenty of 1/6th-kitbashes to see, no?
WHAT: "The Man with the Iron Fists is an upcoming action martial arts film directed by RZA and starring Russell Crowe, RZA, Dave Batista,Byron Mann, Rick Yune, Pam Grier and Lucy Liu, written by RZA and Eli Roth, from a story by RZA. Produced by Marc Abraham, Eric Newman and Eli Roth, and presented by Quentin Tarantino." [wiki]
And while a released date has yet been determined, the official trailer for the film debuts "tomorrow" on IGN.com. This review of an early-screener makes me pretty excited to watch it tho. Directed by RZA, who also doubled on screenplay alongside Eli Roth, the movie synopsis is: "In feudal China, a blacksmith who makes weapons for a small village is put in the position where he must defend himself and his fellow villagers."
