Multiple Overhanging banners in an explosion of designs and colors, massivehuge thronging crowds, giant inflatables of cartoon characters, and lego-builds = Welcome to New York Comic Con! **May the Nerd be forever in your favor** (Swipped this phrase off NYCC-Facebook ;p). This years' NYCC begun Day One today (met for the Pros and VIPS, aka "Preview Night") and here are some images swiped off the internets, to share with you folks!

Fashion-stylings include Greasebat / Jeffrey Lamm Messenger Bags (available at Clutter), Tardis bathrobes, and Vans x Marvel sneakers! But the "fashion" you need to look out for, if you need information and whatnot, are the neon orange clad crew of NYCC!

Above we see Camille D'Errico's booth B7 @ Artist Alley (the sole AA-pic I found actually - don;t you guys snap pics of your table? LOL) and below we get to see booths from Clutter Magazine (#3301), Sidekick Lab (#3317) and Toy Tokyo (#3303) - gotta dig that shelf of toys from the Mishka booth (#3011)! And directly below are toys and exclusives to be had at Toy Tokyo! Remember kids and retailers, you've got to unashamedly snap pics of your products for sale, so peeps like me (*cough*) can swipe them, and post for all to see! And don't worry too much about info, as long as the text/info is seen in the placards in the images of your products/toys = Print it, hand-write it, I don't care - JUST DO IT! LOL

Tenacious Toys going on strong with snaps of displays for their booth #3121, featuring customs and production toys galore! And directly below are snaps from RAMPAGE TOYS, who "gets" the need to snap shots of your products! Looks exceedingly great! Loving Mechavirus customs and that see-thru skeleton Ugly-Unicorn! Aaaaah the beauty of images …

Not a whole lot of "surprises" (unlike SDCC) and with most items seen and posted about before the event, this seems to be an event mire savored by folks physically attending the Con, than online tourists like me. Folks need to take snaps of their products on the first two days, so that blogs and online locals can carry the images across the internet, and perhaps score some eyeballs and loose-wallets over the weekend, IMHO.

Nevertheless, Day One is done and dusted, and I'm looking forward to what Day 2 at NYCC has for us! Folks to lookout for in Twitter include; @cluttermagazine, @tenacioustoys, @toy_tokyo, @RAMPAGETOYS, @ArrestedMotion, @sidekicklab, @agentm (most snaps via).
