Even More Previews for Scarygirl Anniversary Show @ Toy Tokyo
What is it about a girl with an eye-patch, party-hat with a skull and a hook for a right hand, endear herself so much with folks and fans? A creation of Nathan Jurevicius, Scarygirl has since seen incarnations in comic-strips, collectible toys, video games, and is now going to celebrate a decade in her existence, at the Scarygirl Anniversary Show - opening Halloween Night at the Toy Tokyo Underground Gallery, in New York City.
Since my last Previews feature, more artwork has surfaced (or rather appeared on Nathan's timeline), and I have since added it to the collection, both in the slideshow (CLICK to view in full-screen browser) and on this dedicated Facebook album (Do feel free to tag yourselves if you are the originator/artist of the piece, I insist!). As well check out the WIP-sculpt from Itokin Park!
With so much awesomeness to be had, it would truly be spectacular if a book was printed to commemorate the occasion, which includes most, if nit all, of the artwork on show, and perhaps even more from fans and artists around the world, IMHO.
