Invitational @ Stranger Factory (Dec 7)
Stranger Factory presents "Invitational", a group exhibit by Circus Posterus artists - featuring new work and editioned pieces from CP artists and friends. This year's annual Winter exhibit will be featuring atrists like Amanda Louise Spayd, Chris Ryniak, Brandt Peters, Kathie Olivas, Glenn Barr, Phil Noto, RAGNAR, Valency Genis, DrilOne, Leecifer, Yohei Kaneko, and Shigeta Tanaka. Works will include paintings, prints, original sculptures, editioned resin figures and more.
Launching Friday, December 7th (with an opening reception from 6pm-9pm). Also expect 'ffordable items that are perfect for holiday gift giving. Prints, postcard sets, apparel, and more from Circus Posterus artists will be available both in-store and online'. The opening reception will coincide with the opening of "A One-Way Ticket To Flipsville", a solo exhibition by Derek Yaniger in Stranger Factory's Small Projects room.
"This show gives CP artists and special guests a chance for one last blowout before the new year, and a chance to experiment with their work, technique, and characters a bit outside of the constraints of a themed or solo exhibition."
