DIY DePlume from 3A Toys' new "3AGO" line to be made available in two editions, essentially in white and black "skin" of these 8-inch MEG-styled figures. The number "6" printed at the back of the TK's tee might suggest this is for 3A Toys' 6th Anniversary, and the previous ad image for a Bambaboss DID have a 8" DIY drawing of a DePlume, no? Will update product and availability details when they are announced.
