Pobber Toys Releases for #SDCC 2014
"This SDCC is the most incredible line up of releases I have done." ~shared Jake Lee of Pobber Toys, and I am hard-pressed to disagree with him! Here's a look and reveal of what has been only teased thus far!
IVY LEE is a resin statue standing at 8 inches tall and retailing at US$120. Inspired by DC Comics' "Poison Ivy", this pin-up girl is designed by Scott Tolleson and available at his booth #5139 - shown here are also screengrabs from Toy Break Episode 316. This is very limited. Online release if there is any leftover from SDCC.
"Funny story - we almost did not make it for SDCC and so the only sample I had in hand was not the confirmed piece which is why I teased black & white photos of the sample instead." -shared Jake.
Introducing SYLVAN: Prankster edition. This little woodland creature comes from the rich imagination of Gary Ham, and is produced by Pobber Toys, Sylvan stands 9 inches tall with 5 points of articulation and will be released at San Diego Comic Con 2014 (July 24-27) via Gary's booth #5139 for US$70. Limited to only 50pcs, a small allotment at SDCC with an online release to follow after. I would heartily recommend you snag it and get Gary to sign on it!
This is a bit of a pleasant surprise: The AUTUMN STAG stands almost 30 inches tall, and is limited to 20 pieces. Price is expected to be around US$500 with shipping estimated at US$150-$200.
