PICASSO by Eric So - Mascot for #ToySoul2016

One of all-time toy-designer heroes since the “Urban Vinyl” days, Eric So has designed the character mascot for Toy Soul 2016 (Dec 16-18), with PICASSO - the frizzy-blue-haired dude rocking stripped boxers haha ... and he's a "baldy" underneath the wig too!


The previous two years’ mascot had been Prodip Leung’s Keifer in 2014, and Michael Lau’s “SOUL STUFF” from 2015.

I’m adding in a video from JET Magazine, where they interview Eric So about “TOYS” (In Cantonese tho, with no English subs), which perhaps gives some insight into his creation of “Picasso” (Creating “toys” to “play”, not creating a “character toy”? Hey, my Canto sucks, okay? LOL).
