Two Vin Diesel-films blogged about last week, first is the premiere of the debut trailer for THE FATE OF THE FURIOUS (AKA “FAST8”), then came the Nicky Jam Trailer for xXx: RETURN OF XANDER CAGE.
Everyone’s not-favourite superhero-film (but I enjoyed it) SUICIDE SQUAD has its OST album nominated in the 2017 Grammy Awards, and we saw a poster debut for TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT … and my personal excitment for the live-action adaptation of TOKYO GHOUL!
But no worries, we have MORE than “fluff” posts, like the “A History of Horror” video essay by Diego Carrera, juxtaposed with #RogueOne: A Cup/Drink Topper Promotion in SG, because, well, “I Like Toys”, innit
Netflix’s #Spectral: Making Weapons & Darpa Suits by Weta Workshop did double posting duties on #popcornX and #iliketeevee … but if you need a reference for what the heck is/was “Spectral”, then I humbly offer you folks my impressions on the Netflix tele-movie :)
Falling behind on my teevee coverage, I’d instead showcase Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.:Slingshot (Ep. 1-6) instead of reviewing the first half of Season 1 (no rush, the 2nd half returns next year :p), while we delve into GAME OF THRONES with a fan-made promo for Season 7, and the release of Daenerys Targaryen 1/6 Figure by Threezero on pre-order, comes a long with this lil’slideshow video I made!
FUNKO’s catalog of media toys adds South Park, Lost and Ren & Stimpy to their Pop!Vinyls line.
Jason Chalker’s “COSMIC CAVIES” was showcased on #aim8te, while Jim Lee Draws Wonder Woman for Variety … TWICE! Check out the other video HERE on #makeadrawing
