Andy Warhol Campbell's Soup Can Mini Series from Kidrobot

Kidrobot has been making a dedicated cross-over into pop culture with licensed properties like TMNT, Adventure Time, DC Comics, Frank Frazetta et al - which has provided collectors more choices between “artist original concept” and “mass media license” - some of whom embrace that, and with some naysayers in the mix … regardless of intent, or even of keeping the business alive and afloat, you cannot deny the in-roads the brand might have made to spread the concept of “designer toys” further than niche toy stores, both online and brick-n-mortar, IMHO.


One of the more notable “crossovers” (in 2016), is when Kidrobot stepped into the world of recognizable and “Pop Art”, with their Andy Warhol collections (on kidrobot.com) - which has since included Dunny Series Releases (first series + second series coming in May 2017), fabulous plush (seen above), and soon; CAMPBELL’S SOUP CAN Mini Series!
