Kenji Chai x Airtime Joe for SUBTLE @ Culture Cartel 2018

And while I'd first recognise Malaysian street artist Kenji Chai's character aesthetics, it was Hong Kong based urban & outdoor brand; SUBTLE's co-founder LC (pleased to meet you), who'd clued me in on South Korea Graffiti Writer Airtime Joe's involvement as well ... and it was not until I saw the below image, that I realised both artists literally painted the mural on-site! Now that is particularly awesome sauce, indeed!

Titled "Mainstreet", the mural incorporated bags from Subtle as part of their display and story-telling. You might want to hit up @subtle_park for availability of the bags...

Stay connected to both artists via their IGs @mr_kenjichai + @artimejoe (Below slideshow via).

I've had the fortune to meet Kenji from back in 2010 (for CLEA 2010), and its a pity we were unable to "reunite" at this event.
