"Ukami x Hitsuji" by Quiccs x Kidrobot (Launches March 29)
First seen at New York Toy Fair, and now poised to be unleashed unto the toy world at large this Friday March 29th (10AM MST) on www.kidrobot.com and select retailers, are "Ukami x Hitsuji" by Quiccs x Kidrobot. This colorway is limited to 550 pieces worldwide, and has a SRP of US$100 ... and as importantly, these are brand new body-forms and character designs from The Philippines based toy designer, in what arguably is considered "Phase 3" of his world domination (Heh), so do expect them to be snapped up real-quicck!
Quiccs mentioned that the two figures have a toy-story; "revolv(ing) around a tale about two lovers that are divided by a big war and reunited by fate to make a final stand for their lives." And as the IG image below teases; "We will release an online companion video book beautifully illustrated by @nekokonut22 and written and narrated by @gunghogutch this week to shed light on the background story of this designer toy release!"
