DKE Toys (Part 2) for DesignerCon 2019 (Nov 22-24)
@dketoys will be soothing at #2922 in this year's DesignerCon 2019 (Nov 22-24), and this'll be available alongside these other goodies:
The Great Showdowns by @scottlava are a series of paintings, art shows, and books depicting classic pop culture good guys and bad guys. This figure was sculpted by George Gaspar of Double G toys who helped bring Scott C's characters to life.
You get two hand cast and hand painted resin figures on each card featuring Scott C's signature. He also numbered them out of 50. US$100 each. DKE released Scott's Designer Toy Award Winning Indy figure at DCON last year.
"BONUS" WIPS:
Spooky Mick by @gusfink are hand cast and painted 3.75" scale carded resin figure. Signed and numbered edition of 30. US$75 each. The first in Gus Fink’s new line of resin action figures, Dark Icons. Each piece is individually hand painted by Mr Fink.
Thailand based artist Oh Anat from Kidding Toy has come up with another cool (weather) mashup. May The Warm Be With You by @fatohh / Kidding Toy are hand cast and painted 3.75" scale carded figure. Priced at US$60 per, in a signed and numbered edition of 30pcs ... He had a previous release with Vader in a puffy jacket. His Straight Out Of Tatooine figure was the first to sell out at SDCC this year.
Each priced at US$40, @edwinsalasart's "Fugly Mexican Toys" feature a 3.75" figure on hand painted card back, in a signed edition of 30pcs. For this release Edwin went to Mexico and bought some bootlegs. He made three 10 piece editions and each edition has a different style of our favorite jedi master. The figures are orange but there are maybe one or two green ones in each batch. Hand painted card back.
