BOGCHI & TAKO ("Burnt Wood" finish) from Arman Kendrick Available Now For Pre-orders
The Philippines-based toy-creator Arman Kendrick shares with us the launch for pre-orders of BOGCHI & TAKO in "Burnt Wood" finish. In a run of only 25pcs, they are priced at US$80 (excluding shipping). Folks interested are to DM Arman on Instagram or Facebook for more info... Standing 2-inches tall in this incarnation, "Tako Jimbo" is Arman's original creation, paired with the (approx.) 3-inches tall Bogchi - who's original concept development was made possible with the collaboration with @pkimco and @robbievelez, previously featured here adventuring with "Crispy"! Boghi has since donned his "ronin" body armour and joined-up with Tako Jimbo's Universe! But this is not their first toy-pairing, as they'd previously been released in a "Terracotta Patina" finish!
And there is a backstory for their story arc pairing too!
"Crispy was kidnapped by the henchmen of the evil emperor, and Bogchi sought the help of a wandering Tako Jimbo to track and rescue Crispy. Bogchi learned the way of the samurai along the way to save his bestfriend from being pork roast!"
