TOYSREVIL Pageflip: Michael Lau 10th
Featured here in this page-flip video (filmed "LIVE") is a hardcopy of Michael Lau's Gardener 10th Anniversary publication (First featured HERE) - launched and released in 2009. The hardcover tome is an accumulation of a decade's worth of "Michael Lau", which herald his tour in the United States (All "MICHAEL LAU 10th" feature on TOYSREVIL).
Published by MINDstyle + crazysmiles, this is the first time I am showcasing the pages of this publication from the Hong Kong-based creator, whose works I have both been covering on my TOYSREVIL-blog, and as importantly, Michael Lau is also one of the main influences of #mytoylife evolving from "collecting 1/6th" to "designer art toys" (known as "Urban Vinyls" then tho), even before the event of the blog. He is my toy-legend, and his toy-art remains eternal on my pedestal of toy-dreams, IMHO.
