CULTURE CARTEL 2020 Now Online
This year's Digital Edition of CULTURE CARTEL has concluded over the weekend, with digital.culturecartel.com hosting the events online, and continues on currently, showcasing the virtual landscape for both "Live Streams" (I've embedded a couple of videos now), and "Marketplace" (TOY-Drops featured), which essentially clicks out to individual vendors' out eShops - different from DesignerCon 2020 (hosted within POpShopLive's own system), and Im thinking would be similar to the coming COMPLEXLAND 2020 (Dec 7-11) hypebeast digital event.
Featured above is a #CCCONVERSATIONS panel interview which more likely I would've missed if I was not present in the venue, but for THIS year where the annual event has gone DIGITAL (So please do excuse me if I am grateful for the opportunity to be able to watch this), showcasing local artist, Steve Lawler, also known as @mojokoworld (KULT / EYEYAH / the Digital "AKIRA" Exhibition on theunusualnetwork.com/akira referenced / which I featured HERE on TOYSREVIL), as moderated by Paul Foster.
As well featured below is a short feature for SUBCREW from Hong Kong, which offers and edited+packaged look at the pioneering Asian independent lifestyle label via the founders Sam & Frankie (In Cantonese language with English subtitles):
