Utilizing the DKS base figure (by @yourblankhere), the title of this piece is "Goemon : Betrayed by Death".
"Inspired by a popular anime, Goemon was the only survivor of his betrayed clan before becoming a nukenin (runaway ninja). He later on joined a group of shinobi that are betrayed by their own villages and existed outside the usual system, providing mercenary missions at well under the competitive rate. Legend says that even death betrayed them and continuously living up to now. In what form and location? Nobody knows."
