Premiere Date Set for SHIN ULTRMAN & New Spots!
Two spots for the Shinji Higuchi-directed & Hideaki Anno-written "SHIN ULTRAMAN" feature film has dropped, in anticipation of the premiere in Japanese cinemas on Friday, May 13, 2022!
"The film was scheduled to be released in 2021 to commemorate the 55th anniversary of the Ultra Series, however, the film's release was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic." (Wikipedia)
The first video featured the HUMANS in the film, as well kaijus "Neronga" and "Gabora" (above), and of course Ultraman, rising from beyond the power-lines .... While the short teaser (below) as the alien surrounded by smoke, but ready to tantalise us on the big screens with his iconic ULTRA BEAM!

Honestly, my only ever "watch-experience" - be it the classic tv shows or even the recent CG-animated series on Netflix - they were only ever from the google box/desktop screen, but never in a darkened cinema with a larger than life screen...! The questions is not whether I'd brave the pandemic to watch this in local cinemas, but whether SHIN ULTRAMAN would make it on Singapore-screens...! Also Shin Kamen Rider, so ...
