Samurai Rabbit: The Usagi Chronicles
(Above: The character designs look great, especially if they are made into action figures, IMHO...)
And while I was gripped with excitement for the possibilities of a animated "Usagi Yojimbo", I'd not delved enough to find out more about the animation
The synopsis for "Samurai Rabbit: The Usagi Chronicles" goes: "A teenage rabbit eager to become a true samurai teams up with his new warrior friends to protect their city from Yokai monsters, ninjas and evil aliens."
Consisting of 10 episodes in Season One (premiered April 28 on Netflix), all episodes are currently watchable on Netflix. And as you can see in the trailer above, and the page description, the cartoon series is "kid-friendly", so you can enjoy alongside your youngling.
