"DON'T F*CK WITH CATS!" Customs Show Organized by Art Toys PH




I've had the pleasure of seeing in person the (unpainted prototype) sculpt of the adorable character figure at last year's ComicCon (alas @vincenttrinidadart was no where in sight), and had adored the sculpt since first featuring it = SUCH a HAPPY CAT snagging its fish! ... and it did not take long at all to be thrilled at the following customs...



Vincent Trinidad's Sushi Meowster has been customised by a line-up of artists, resulting in a litter of unique one-offs first on show at MOCAF, Makati (July 28-30)! "DON'T F*CK WITH CATS!" was curated by @mr.raymondty, and you can check out more images on the @arttoysph Instagram and dedicated Facebook album!

Vincent’s original character, “ Sushi Meowster” is a juxtaposition of both ancient Egyptian belief and Japanese cultural design with a mix of modern pop art."
