Adidas Trexis by Play Imaginative
Adidas celebrated their 60th anniversary last Friday with a Singapore house party at the Timberlux Warehouse, and one of their special celebrity guests was Hong Kong actor Edison Chen (currently based in Canada) in what would be one of his first public appearance since the sex scandal which rocked the HK entertainment industry in early 2008.
And local toy-makers Play Imaginative scored a promo-coup when Edison was photographed holding a limited edition 10” Adidas Trexi! [CLICK THRU for more scans of press coverage].
Now, I don't think I'll need to go into the sordid details of the situation that Mr Chen is embroiled in, but what I can share with you folks are about the specially made ADIDAS TREXIs that came in a series of 6 colours (blue, red, green, purple, gold and grey), with the blue produced as an exclusive 10” Trexi. (FYI: As with all 10-inchers, a 3” is inclusive inside the removable top).
If you are thinking of scoring an entire set - do note that each colorway went to a specific and different country (Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore ) to be given out at their respective local house parties! So I reckon tis time to start contacting folks and kin, and update your facebook-status in the hunt for them Adidas Trexis!
