NAME-OF-SUBMISSION: Mr.Herbert Chiropt

STORY: "Herbert Chiropt is one of the richest Nobles of Retropolis. He is the actual owner of the Chiropt's industries created by his ancestors.

Chiropt's industries build an amound of mechanical's tools and engine (that doesn't work for long or are usefull most of the time but who care's as long as people buy it)
But Herbert Chiropt his the owner, so he spend most of his time on parties with the most famous stars and the most powerfull and richest people, like himself, of Retropolis.
Herbert likes to be seens as an "eccentric" person with his "face painting" (but always very classy).
